RaceWear Ordering Procedures & Information
Decide on the format of the designs such as full front vehicle design & a back design with or without sponsors, or a front vehicle design and no back print or left chest logo and full back vehicle design.
Send us good clear photos of the vehicle showing the angle requested for the design. Remember we can only reproduce the detail as clear as it is shown in the photo's. If you want to include sponsor logos then we need clean black & white reproductions of their logos at 50% of the final size at the smallest or they will not reproduce well. For additional fees we can recreate sponsor logos.
Send a deposit for approximately half of the total cost (art charges and shirt charges) along with the photos. Make checks or money orders payable to Classic Impressions. We also accept Visa and MasterCard, but charge the entire amount at one time. Make sure to include the name and address for where the shirts will be shipped, phone number (daytime if possible) and a fax number if available.
Make sure to include the shirt size breakdown and your requested due date. You may combine t-shirts and sweatshirts to achieve the desired quantities, as long as the print locations do not change and the shirts are all the same color. If you choose all adult sizes, or mix youth large (14-16) and adult sizes, your print size will be approximately 15.5 " wide by 17.5 " tall. If you choose to add youth mediums (10-12) to the order then the print size will be 12" wide by 14" tall for the entire job.
Upon receipt of your package we will call you to confirm the order and discuss the details. The artwork will be completed within 2-4 weeks from receipt of all your information and deposit. When the art is complete we will fax, mail, or email you a full color proof to approve or to make changes. We will work with you until you are happy with the design. At that point you must sign the proof approval sheet and mail it back with the balance of the bill.
After receiving your approval and final payment we will print the job and ship it within one to two weeks. The entire process should take 3 to 6 weeks, excluding numerous art changes, if necessary. During the seasonal peak an additional delay is possible.
Reorders ship in approximately 10 - 15 working days.
